Packing & Delivery

Step 1.
Wrap all the machine parts with bubble film & plastic film.
Insert necessary anti friction & collision pad at the corner.
Vacuumize and wrap with tinfoil again
Set all the small parts on the machine bed to save space.

Step 2.
Trailer the full set machine to packing place.
Forklift it on the fumigated panel.
Fix the wood support on the bottom plywood.

Step 3.
Close the left panels.
Pincer the plywood with an air gun.
The fumigated plywood protection is finished.

Step 4.
Cover the entire plywood box with a waterproof cover.
Tape the waterproof cover to make it smooth.
The third waterproof protection is done.

Step 5.
Forklift the packed machine to the container.
